Description
- Depending on the specific machine type to which the splicer is connected, the splicer may include splicing devices for filter paper, tags and envelope material (paper or foil)
- The splicer is capable of holding two rolls per material and cutting the end of the reel that runs out, so that it can be spliced with the new reel start, without creating an unsuitable pattern
- Tea bags produced with adhesive material are sorted out automatically
- The machine can also accommodate up to three optional splicer devices for filter paper, enveloping foil and tags, as well as up to six reel pickup stations
Requirement
- The machine is equipped with an IPC (Industry PC)
- PERFECTA machines with Siemens S5 control have to be upgraded to our latest BECKHOFF IPC (Industry PC) control system
- The machine has installed the power cover (BG-D115)
