PERFECTA Universal Type tea bag-machine

The PERFECTA Universal

This machine produces filter tea bags with cardboard tag which, by choice can be wrapped additionally into an outer paper envelope. The changeover from naked filter tea bags to filter tea bags wrapped into an outer paper envelope is done by switching on, respectively switching off the envelope paper feeding station and by exchange of easily changeable parts in the automatic box filling device.

The basic machine is the PERFECTA. Machine for tag type tea bags. After finishing the tea bag with cardboard tag the bag will be fed to an universal transport wheel where the tag type tea bag is wrapped into the outer paper envelope. The ready tea bag is transported to an automatically universal box filling device which can handle both types of tea bags. The paper envelope aggregate as well as the box filling device are fitted at the left side of the PERFECTA basic machine. This construction gives the possibility to subsequently upgrade a PERFECTA Tag Type machine to that new PERFECTA Universal machine.
